Terms of service

Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Masitus (“we”, “us”). If you use Masitus on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation.

The service

Masitus connects to the work tools you choose, reads across them, and produces briefs, insights and suggested actions. Masitus is currently in private preview. Features may change, be added or be removed as we develop it, and we may limit or pause access while we do.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use Masitus for work.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only connect tools and accounts you are authorised to connect, including under your organisation’s policies.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content in your connected tools, and to the briefs and drafts Masitus produces for you. You allow us to access, process and store that content only as needed to provide Masitus to you, as described in our privacy policy. We never use your content to train AI models.

Connected tools and actions

Your use of each connected tool remains subject to that tool’s own terms. Masitus is read-only by default. It takes an action in a connected tool, such as sending a message or updating a ticket, only when you approve it, and it acts as you. You are responsible for the actions you approve.

AI output

Masitus uses AI models to read and summarise your work. Its output can be incomplete or wrong, even with a source attached. Check anything important before you rely on it or act on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Masitus to:

• break the law or anyone else’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
• access data you are not authorised to see, or get around Masitus’s security or usage limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• send spam or malicious content, or interfere with the service or other users.

Fees

Masitus is free during the private preview. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will tell you the price and ask you to agree to it.

Ending your use

You can disconnect tools or close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Masitus, and we will give you reasonable notice where we can. When a tool is disconnected or an account closed, the related data is deleted within 30 days.

Disclaimers

During the private preview, Masitus is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Masitus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Masitus is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell account holders by email before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using Masitus after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
