Masitus keeps your data yours.

Masitus reads your work so it can tell you what matters. Here is how it keeps that access narrow and under your control.

It respects the permissions you already have

Masitus sees your work through your own accounts. Each person sees only what they could already see in the source tool, so a private channel, a restricted repository or someone else’s inbox stays exactly as private as it was.

Read-only by default

Connecting a tool lets Masitus read from it, not change it. It writes to your tools only when you approve an action, and only as you, so every change is one you chose and can see in the tool itself.

Never used for training

Your content trains no model, ours or any provider’s. Masitus uses Google’s Gemini models, through Google Cloud, to read and summarise your work. Content is sent to the model only to produce your results, and under our agreement with Google it is not used to train Google’s models.

Encrypted connections

Everything travels between your browser and Masitus over HTTPS. The credentials that connect Masitus to your tools are encrypted before they are stored, so they are never kept in readable form.

Deleted when you disconnect

Your workspace content, and everything Masitus derives from it, is kept only while the tool stays connected. When you disconnect a tool or close your account, the related data is deleted within 30 days.

More detail

The privacy policy sets out exactly what Masitus collects and why, and the terms of service cover connected tools and actions. For a security review, request the security pack. To see what Masitus does with this access, read about the product, or join the waitlist.
